Affiliate Programme Terms

Affiliates earn a 30% recurring commission on every payment made by a customer you refer, for as long as that customer remains subscribed. This applies to monthly and annual plans alike.

• Monthly plan referral: 30% of each monthly renewal
• Annual plan referral: 30% of the annual payment, every year
• No cap on earnings — commissions scale with every customer you bring in
• Referrals are tracked via your unique coupon code (see section 2)

Upon approval, you will be issued a unique coupon code (for example, JANE4X2B). Share this code with your audience — when someone subscribes using it, that referral is permanently attributed to you via Stripe.

Your code also gives your audience a 10% discount on their subscription, making it a genuine incentive to share. There is no expiry window on the code — it remains active for as long as you are in the programme.

Ready to join? Apply through our affiliate application form. We review every application manually and aim to respond within 3 business days. Once approved, you will receive your unique coupon code by email.

We provide the following materials to help you promote VPNBee:

• Banner images in standard web sizes
• Logo assets (see our Media Kit)
• Talking points and feature summaries

Commissions are calculated at the end of each calendar month and paid within 15 days of the month closing.

• Payment method: PayPal or bank transfer (BACS/SEPA)
• Commissions are held for 30 days to account for refunds and chargebacks
• Chargebacks and refunds will result in the associated commission being reversed

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your affiliate income in your jurisdiction. VPNBee does not withhold tax on behalf of affiliates.

We want affiliates to represent VPNBee honestly. By participating in the programme you agree to:

• Disclose the relationship — clearly state that links in your content are affiliate links, in accordance with the ASA (UK), FTC (US), and any applicable regulations in your territory.
• No misleading claims— do not make false or exaggerated claims about VPNBee’s features, speeds, or capabilities.
• No paid search bidding— you may not bid on “VPNBee” or any variation as a keyword in paid search campaigns without prior written permission.
• No spam — mass unsolicited email or automated social media promotion is prohibited.
• No coupon or cashback sites — without prior written approval, promotion on coupon, deal, or cashback sites is not permitted.

Violation of these guidelines may result in commission reversal and termination from the programme.

VPNBee reserves the right to modify commission rates, discount percentages, or any other terms of the programme at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of material changes by email to registered affiliates.

Either party may terminate participation at any time. Upon termination, earned and unpaid commissions will be paid out at the next scheduled payment date. Commissions still within the 30-day hold period are subject to the standard chargeback policy.
