Last updated: 29 April 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VPNBee, operated by VPNBee (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including our website at vpnbee.org and all associated applications and services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use VPNBee.
1. The service
VPNBee provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through our servers. The service is provided for personal and commercial use to protect your privacy and security online.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use VPNBee. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use VPNBee only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Transmit, distribute, or store material that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
- Engage in or facilitate spamming, phishing, or other unsolicited communications
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks or port scanning against third parties
- Access systems or data without authorisation
- Distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious software
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to circumvent technical measures that limit access to certain content where prohibited by law
- Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this section.
4. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
You may register up to the number of devices permitted by your subscription plan. Sharing your account credentials with others is not permitted.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Plans
VPNBee is available on a subscription basis. Current plans and pricing are displayed at vpnbee.org/#pricing. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Free trial
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, annually, or every two years) unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will send a reminder email before renewal for annual and two-year plans.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can update your payment details from your dashboard.
Price changes
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Price changes will take effect at your next renewal. If you do not agree to a price change, you must cancel before the new price takes effect.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused time within a billing period.
If you experience a technical fault caused by VPNBee that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time, please contact [email protected] and we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. However, by starting your subscription (including a free trial), you expressly request immediate access to the service and acknowledge that your right to cancel may be affected once the service has been performed.
7. Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Intellectual property
The VPNBee name, logo, website, and applications are the intellectual property of VPNBee. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our applications solely for the purpose of accessing the service. You must not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our software except as permitted by applicable law.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that using the service will make you anonymous or guarantee your security in all circumstances.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VPNBee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VPNBee and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the service.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may also be entitled to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
